Keith is responsible for making Guardant Investments Inc. a leader in the niche market of wealth management for individuals, companies, and corporations through securitized investments in real property.  He has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1977, holds a Brokers license, is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and is a graduate of the California Real Estate Institute.  Mr. Webb is the President of Associated Mortgage Professionals, Inc.; a California licensed Mortgage Brokerage Corporation since it was organized in December of 1995.  An active industry leader, Mr. Webb served 5 years from 1992 to 1997 as an officer and Director of the Orange County Association of Mortgage Brokers and has continuously served on the California State University at Fullerton advisory board for the Mortgage Banking Certificate Program since the programs inception in 1992.

Laura co-founded Guardant Investments Inc. with Keith Webb after a successful career with various other lenders and real estate companies. Her expertise in the areas of corporate trust fund management, escrow administration, loan servicing management, company accounting and investor relations have ensured success for Guardant Investments Inc. and the Guardant Investment Fund, LLC.   She has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1992, holds a Brokers license, and is an active member of the California Mortgage Association.  Ms. Riffel has served as broker manager for several real estate divisions of mortgage companies as well as the Chief Compliance Officer for other hard money lenders.
