Guardant Investments Inc. is comprised of an executive team with more than 50 years of experience in wealth management relating to finance, retirement and the real estate industry. Guardant Investments Inc. is the managing firm for Guardant Investment Fund, LLC.  The Guardant Investment Fund, LLC consists of individual investors who purchase equity in a mortgage pool (“the Fund”) to be placed in a variety of Deeds of Trust secured by real estate at a fixed rate of return.  The Deeds of Trust are underwritten and approved by Guardant Investments, Inc. using strict underwriting guidelines with an emphasis on property valuation.
