The Guardant Investment Fund, LLC lends and purchases existing liens specializing, but not limited, to the manufactured housing market. 

Loans are low loan to value fixed rate loans with small balances, typically from $40,000 to $60,000 and all borrowers have to have established the ability to repay the loans. We do not accept “Stated Income” loans. 

Guardant Investments, Inc. believes in Bread-and-Butter, basic housing investments,NOT highly speculative valued investments on security with potentially declining value.  

In short Guardant Investments Inc. would rather have ten $50,000 loans than one $500,000 loan, maximizing the diversification of each investor’s capital.
